fly-jpn is free to read. Some links to providers are affiliate links: if you buy through one, the provider pays us a commission. You pay the same price.
Which links earn us money
Affiliate links go through addresses starting with /go/ on this site, and are marked as sponsored for search engines. Right now we have an affiliate agreement with Sakura Mobile. Links to every other provider go straight to their site and earn us nothing. We’ll update this list whenever that changes.
What commission doesn’t change
- Rankings and picks. Plans are compared on price, data, network, coverage and test results. A provider that pays us is held to the same standard as one that doesn’t.
- What we say. Providers don’t see reviews before they’re published and can’t change them.
- Your price. Buying through our link costs you the same as going direct.
Advertising disclosure (広告)
Pages that contain affiliate links show a notice marked 広告 / PR at the top, before any recommendation. This follows Japan’s rules on disclosing advertising (the Consumer Affairs Agency’s 2023 stealth-marketing rules under the Act against Unjustifiable Premiums and Misleading Representations), as well as the FTC’s guidance for US readers.
